Ne w clients enrolling in all services (excluding Group Classes) must complete a Behavior Consultation prior to registration. During this consultation, we will discuss your dog's behavior, you and your dog's needs, and your goals for training to ensure that we are enrolling you and your dog in the ideal services to meet your needs!
Group Classes, Workshops, & Events
If you are interested in participating in a GROUP CLASS, select your class from the options below to complete your registration.
If you are a NEW CLIENT, please be sure to complete the registration form in its entirety. All questions must be submitted in order to finalize your registration and reserve your spot. Failure to complete your registration paperwork may result in the loss of your spot without refund.
If you are a RETURNING CLIENT, you may complete only the required questions (noted with a *). If your dog's vaccinations have been updated since your last services with Summit K9, please upload updated proof of DHPP, Bordetella, and Rabies vaccinations.
